"I was taken for my appointment on time. The provider was thorough, providing me with a COVID test even though I said I tested. I had no idea that COVID tests expired so quickly. I learned something new from the provider (COVID tests have a short life). Provider was discreet with results taking me into room and closing door before telling me. Provider and I had a back and forth when she was writing my prescriptions and did a good job of telling me what was recommended and what was totally optional. I felt like I actually had a choice! "
