I was able to make a timely reservation at a location near me. My nurse practitioner was sympathetic and thorough. She could effectively diagnose the condition and had remedies for me.
Helpful clinician. The vaccine prices were high but I had support to fin more affordable options elsewhere. Was convenient when my own doctor would not prescribe a vaccine for travel.
The waiting was long but they were really nice :)
The attending Nurse, The Provider (I believe was her name) was incredibly personable and put me at ease. I felt taken care of throughout the process, with both her and the doctor.

It was an easy online schedule. So glad my covid, flu and strep were negative. Providerta (hope I spelled that right) was amazing! Excellent customer service!! Made me feel at ease. Some people are so rough with the swabs. She used proper techniques without being rough. Utilized proper hand hygiene before and after testing me. We love a best practice Queen!!! I love to see clinic staff wash their hands before they do anything and after they've performed their service. Made me feel safe and she had great knowledge and explained what the next steps were. Thanks minute clinic.
Long wait time, vaccine not in stock
I had made an appointment, and that process was very easy. But I still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen by the nurse (I did arrive and check in 10 minutes early) which was frustrating.

I booked an appointment for a strep test. I was seen by the nurse 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and then waited an additional 25 minutes for the appointment and then had to leave. They didn’t even bother calling to tell me my test results. I had to call the corporate line to find out.
