The practitioner and the assistant were extremely nice and thorough.
The female practitioner The Provider who saw me was very kind. I hope she is always there. Also, the young assistant that was there was very pleasant.
Both providers were very nice. The NP was knowledgeable and helpful. He has a wonderful "bedside manner." I would have given a 10, but for I waited for a half hour to start the process after my appointment time. Then I had to wait again to be seen by the NP.
Appointment booked for 9:20am. Several people that came after me and without appointment seen before me. Was about to happen AGAIN with someone that had a 10am appointment about to seen before me before I flagged that something was seriously wrong. I was eventually seen by the doctor at 10:30am. What is the point of an appointment if it is not honored?
The medical professional was efficient friendly, offered some additional options and seemed really committed to my speedy recovery
I loved the Nurse Practitioner she was so kind to me. Once she treated my wound she took additional time with me to cover my other medical concerns. I was also given a tetanus shot that will cover me for years. In addition, the wait time to be seen was less than fifteen minutes.
My nurse was very helpful understanding and caring.
The process to schedule and check in was smooth. My wait time was limited and the care givers were kind and supportive.
The physician was rude when I first asked questions about signing in. But when she saw me after signed in she was nice
