Staff was professional and assistance was efficient.
The practitioner that took care of me was so kind and could see I was in a lot of discomfort so she did her best to get me diagnosed and medicated as quickly as possible. She was so so kind and I’m very grateful for her help.
It’s super clean and I was assisted very quickly with an appointment. I especially love how modern everything is! Also, I love having all my records online and I love the printout of the work that was done and also the conditions that I was treated for.
Everything was great except for the wait and that was because the NP was working alone. When someone calls in sick you should get a sub.

The nurse was good. The onboarding was good, a couple minor tweaks for improvement. I don't know if she washed hands before or after me, but didn't have any concern with that having been the case. I should be able to leave the question blank or n/a
