From the greeting until the completion of the exam, I felt welcomed and respected. The provider asked appropriate questions, listened attentively, and provided knowledgeable answers. She gave advice without undue pressure to take vaccinations I was not interested in. The information was helpful and easy to understand.
The NP was extremely helpful, professional. And deserves all the praise in the world.
It was very efficient. I had an appointment and was actually seen a few minutes before my appointment time. The APRN on duty (the Provider) was great. She has a very nice bedside manner. She was very patient and explained things thoroughly and patiently answered my questions.
Without an appointment I was able to see the RN PA and get the Rx I needed quickly.
Good, prompt professional service. Would prefer seeing an md though.
Yesterday I was seen by The Provider, NP at the 3939 Bellaire Bld., Houston , TX 77025 location. She was great! She listened, addressed my concerns, and was very efficient in the process. I was able to schedule an appointment the very same day that I inquired about an appointment. I was not going to be able to be seen by a doctor in my doctor’s office until late next week.
The NP was fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We were able to book an appointment from home, see the NP and receive our prescription from a different pharmacy all within an hour.
The staff was amazing!
My practitioner was very nice and helpful. She was very good at explaining it to me.

Appointment was at 6, was not called into see someone until 6:45 and that was only to take my information. I was unable to receive help for the condition I came in for and was informed to take medication that would have helped the appointment if I had been briefed to take it beforehand. Altogether it was a waste of over an hour.
