Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen which was unusually long
Visit was essential to continuing my medications. My doctor left and did not have opportunity to see my new doctor. They recommended your mini clinic. I was pleasantly surprised and The Provider NP was wonderful!
I was attended very quick and with care. Definitely worth coming here
I had an appointment at 3:30 and I waited an hour and a half to be seen. It didn't really seem like Appointments had priority over walk-ins. Otherwise the services I received when I was checked in and from the nurse practitioner were good. But the wait was just really excessive.
I had an 8:40 appointment for my daughter to get a sports physical. We were checked in at 8:40 and there was another person there still completing their appointment log in. The doctor opened the door to tell that person she would be right with them. At this point I am wondering why she would not take us since we are on time for the appointment. When the doctor opened the door to call the other patient I said "excuse me can I ask a question" and she closed the door on me. There was another customer waiting with us, her appointment was at 9:10. We waited another 15 minutes or so and another clinician showed up and I thought we would be seen, she did call us back but only did blood pressure and vision and then said the other clinician had to do the actual physical. she sent us back to the waiting area. the customer with the 9:10 appointment was now being seen and we were waiting again. At 9:20am I decided I had enough waiting and we left. Terrible experience, terrible communication, and what is the point of getting a reservation if other people with times later than you will be seen before you.
I was served promptly and professionally. I had arrived home Friday night from a cruise and did not want to wait all weekend for my doc's office to open. Got tested for three things & fortunately I was negative for all. Diagnosed with sinus infection & got two scripts and several "home remedy" ideas to make me more comfortable. It's been 24 hours and I feel SO much better! I appreciate this service on a weekend.
Exceptional service by the nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I was able to get a diagnosis and medication.
Unable to give my insurance information without a physical card. Np was extremely rude and unprofessional when I went to read results. Having to pay to place and then pay even more to read the result is unnecessary and disheartening.
