Nurse practitioner The Provider was very professional.
I made the earliest appointment available that I could make without being late. In my case 9.30AM Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to see no lines once I had reached the minutclinic area. Before I completed the online work I was called in for treatment. Perhaps the best minute clinic visit I have personally experienced.
Think you schedule too many appointments. My time was 10:20 and didn't get called in until 10:50. My appt was almost a half hour so I'm sure others waited a while.
I was taken back for my appointment 20 minutes past my scheduled time due to the provider showing up late. The providers note doesn’t match what she told me. I don’t have confidence in the service provided.

Today wait time was a little longer it seemed like it was getting better.
The NP was a bit rude. I was first on the waitlist and after waiting over 1 1/2 hours, decided to leave and NP came out of her office to sternly let me know that I have to wait for the scheduled patients to be seen, but as she was taking about 20 minutes with each, there was never a time to be fit in. I then scheduled a visit online for later in the afternoon and the NP ventured to point out that I could have been seen earlier if I waited, which I don’t believe to be true. I told her I had another appointment to go to, so I couldn’t stay. Nevertheless, the rest of the visit was conducted by the NP in a loud and rude manner. The care was appropriate, but her manners were not.
The NP on duty was prompt, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The doctor was very nice and I appreciate her being there on a Sunday.
