The doctor was very nice and I appreciate her being there on a Sunday.
Professional, prompt, knowledgeable
It was a pleasant experience. The reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I miss interacting with real people where I can ask questions. The app did not recognize my insurance, so I was concerned to have to pay out of pocket or acrue a cancelation fee. I life person could have eased me into the process of getting medical help from a place I've never been before.
They said Providerakins welcome but I still had to make an appt when I got there. That’s not the same thing and put me at the end of the line. The dr was more concerned about my blood pressure than what I came in for. I have a primary dr for that.

The NP on duty was prompt, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
