I scheduled a TB test on Thursday (4/2/26) evening. Everything was fine for that appointment and the nurse scheduled me to come back on Sunday (4/5/26) at 12pm to read the test, and I was told I have to show up on Sunday or the result will be invalid. I showed up to the appointment and the clinic was closed and now I have to retake it. This is very unprofessional and so inconvenient, especially with the nature of the test. Please do better because I asked an employee and they said I was the second person that day to come in for an appointment only to find out the clinic was closed.

Super easy to book an appointment, found availability for the same day about an hour before appt, I was called in almost as soon as I checked in online, speedy and thorough service

It was very pleasant. I didn’t have to wait a long time. They were sensitive to my needs. I don’t like going to the doctor and they both eased my nervousness.
Thank you MinuteClinic at CVS for being open and available !!!! The provider was very kind, gracious, and knowledgeable about my concerns. Sometimes when a health issue comes up, I don’t know what to do and seeing a provider at your clinic made me feel so cared for not just yesterday but each and every time before too. The no appointment needed feature was new yesterday and I appreciated that option very much.
