the CVS Nurse Practitioner at the location was extremely dedicated, friendly and efficient. The service was performed at the scheduled time with a perfect result.

I’m disappointed that my daughter’s visit was not filed correctly with my insurance company resulting in my debit card being charged $266. CVS is contracted with Houston Methodist so this mistake shouldn’t have happened. I should have only been charged a $25 co-pay. I called the CVS customer service to find out why I had been charged and was told that the insurance information was incorrect. I called my insurance company with the CVS customer service rep (Dominique S.) on 3-way and my insurance care coordinator was able to confirm that the insurance information was correct and that CVS did not reach out to them with any questions or problems about filing the claim. I am now having to wait for the EOB in order to be refunded after being wrongly charged. Furthermore, when my insurance care coordinator told the CVS representative that I should never have been charged because it goes against the contract they have with Cigna and Methodist she started yelling at, talking over and arguing with him while I was on the phone. I found it to be very unprofessional. I have never had this type of experience and I have used CVS minute clinic many times for care.

The staff was awesome. Both interactions were pleasant and enjoyable.

Dr Providerlin was hands down the best I have seen in a very long time. She took the time to understand me and the health issues I was having and gave me a lot of compassion and understanding rather than talking down to me. She made some very good recommendations and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I have not had this good an experience with a doctor in a very very long time.

Both clinicians were very nice, friendly and sweet. The NP was very helpful.

From the very beginning, she treated me with great empathy, kindness, and professionalism, making me feel heard and well cared for. Even though I arrived without an appointment, she took the time to see me right away with a very compassionate attitude. I was not even her scheduled patient at that moment, yet she still made sure I was taken care of without hesitation. Her level of care truly reflects her dedication and commitment to her patients. She went above and beyond, and her kindness made a real difference during a time I needed it most. We need more healthcare professionals like her in the healthcare industry. I am truly grateful for her excellent service and highly recommend her.
