Very professional and listened to my symptoms. Made me feel very comfortable
The doctor was fantastic - a real gem of a person. Issue I had is that I had to wait an hour beyond my appointment time.
The Provider was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I get very bad white coat syndrome and avoid doctors visits but she listened to me and helped me figure out my next steps.
I came to Minute Clinic because I had a sore throat that had also been affecting my ears. It was Friday evening, so I knew I couldn't easily see a doctor. I hadn't scheduled before coming, so I was fortunate that the clinic was not very busy. When I went through registration, they found that Minute Clinic did not accept my insurance, however, they checked and found that Medicare would cover the visit. Tests were taken for strep and Covid. Fortunately, I had neither. Everyone involved was very caring and thorough.
Fast service, clean clinic, convenient location
The nurse and The NP were both very helpful and they listened to my concerns. When I requested my labs be sent to Labcorp the did everything they could to try and accommodate my request.
They’re very nice patient with all my questions and didn’t feel like they were pushing me out because they’re trying to get to the next person
I had a great experience. There was no wait at all, the physician was through and kind. I was out quick and ready for recovery. Faster and cheaper than going to my primary physician. Thanks
