Got right in and back out! Faster than waiting for my dr to call back all day
I was told I have allergies, without being given any other tests to rule out other possibilities. I have never suffered from these symptoms before due to allergies. I don’t feel confident in my diagnosis.
I’ve visited the MinuteClinic several times and have always received excellent care. The Provider The Provider, NP, is wonderful — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. She listens carefully and explains everything in a clear, straightforward way. I highly recommend the MinuteClinic at CVS Grogans Mill.
The appointment was easy to get, and they were ready for me a few minutes before my time. The practitioner was kind and listened. She showed she truly cared.
Good experience except for the App and the sign in kiosk were either just very difficult to use or not working.
Very professional friendly and thorough
The nurse practitioner kept her back to me for 95 percent of the visit filling in information on a form, when she asked me questions she didn't turn to face me. She didn't tell me what over the counter medications I could take, I didn't know this until I got home and read the form that she gave me. She did not personalize our visit at all. I told her that I think I may have a urinary tract infection and she did not take a urine sample. When I walked out of the room she gave me the form and said you're welcome, because I did not say thank you. I have never felt so unwelcomed by a medical professional as I did with her. I understand that she could not prescribe me an antibiotic but the way she approached my concern for this was as if she just did not care. I will not go back to that location!

I was able to make an appointment for a clinic within a reasonable distance, the night before. I was seen promptly after checking in and was received very professionally. My provider was patient, kind, and very clear on the instructions for my recovery.
