It was easy to check in, I was aware of where I stood in line, I was seen sooner than expected, and my provider was friendly and helpful!

The Provider is a great nurse practitioner. Very thorough with a good bedside manner.
The practitioner was awesome. My problems are with the lack of information on pricing online and lack of scheduling options. I would like to know prior to a visit for a strep test if I can pay to just have the test and not a full visit, and how much the cost is. I have high deductible insurance and no copay until I hit a deductible so I was luckily able to discuss the pricing with the provider while I was there and make a decision based on this. But it would be better to have more pricing clarity upfront. This is a barrier to care for many people.
The clinic was very clean and the nurses professional and friendly.
I waited a short period of time, before seeing an employee. She was very polite, informative, and efficient.
I don't feel like I received much info about my care. My provider spent more time talking about my weight and diabetes than she did about the sinus and ear infections I was being treated for, neither of which have to do with my weight or diabetes.
