*FOR UP TO $50 EXTRABUCKS REWARDS AT PHARMACY: You must enroll in the ExtraCare® program and opt in to earn ExtraBucks Rewards® for pharmacy activities. You receive $2 ExtraBucks Rewards when you accumulate 4 credits, up to $50 ExtraBucks Rewards in a calendar year. CVS Pharmacy® at Target customers may request a $2 Target merchandise coupon (the "Target Coupon") in lieu of receiving ExtraBucks Rewards. The Target Coupon is available at CVS Pharmacy at Target only, provided the reward has been issued but not yet accessed through CVS.com® or the CVS Health app® or printed at a stand‐alone CVS Pharmacy® store.
