An alignment fill is a small amount of medication that helps get your refills on the same schedule. We'll only prepare an alignment fill if it looks as if you'll run out of medication before we can add it to your ScriptSync order. Depending on when you last filled that medication, your alignment fill may be ready before or after your next scheduled ScriptSync pickup. You may receive an additional order-ready reminder call or text for your alignment fill.**
There may be a cost or co-pay for alignment fills, depending on your insurance. Your pharmacy team will discuss with you if necessary.
Your CVS Pharmacy team will suggest your first pickup date. Based on the date you pick up your ScriptSync order, your prescriptions will be refilled on a recurring 30- or 90-day schedule.
