The minute clinic care team was so great! Supportive, kind, and really listened.
The texting and phone set up are awful. However, the p.a. And the person who finally got my call were top of the line!
The nurse was professional and clean .
Staff was very knowledgable, I felt heard, and quick to get me in and out of there in a timely manner. My overall experiances with the minute clinic are why CVS Minute clinic has become my go-to over going to most urgent cares.
Easy to get in, right level of care, thorough provider.
The clinic itself is never busy and the provider takes the time I need to give the care I expect. The downside is there is no way to reach the provider unless I walk in there.
Wait time over appt time was only a few minutes. The doctor was amazing and caring and even called us a few hours later to check on my daughter. She is an amazing human, doctor and employee!
The nurses "bed side" manner wasn't at the level I was expecting. The tone of her comments were perceived as accusatory, making me feel as if I were at fault that she and the student nurse couldn't complete all points of their examination using the tools available to them. They also didn't provide suggestions to me on how to prevent the issue for any future visits. Therefore it wasn't a terrible visit since I was able to get a diagnosis and treatment plan, but it also wasn't the best. You can tell this nurse has been doing this for a long time and could have been having a bad day.
