10 minutes per patient is very easy to get behind. You should also be able to get 2 things done in one visit vs keep coming back. Example get my tb skin test read and get my physical done why do I need to make 3 separate appointments. One to get tb, one to have it read, one for a physical, it’s super time consuming and seems like you just want more $. The LPN was nice.
The Provider showed great attention to ensure our whole family was taken care of.
The NP was wonderful. Showed real interest in my history and current meds. She'd be a fantastic regular doc if I didn't already have a primary.
Appt scheduled, checked in on time. Still had long wait time. Provider insisted my other young child wear a mask in room and when told she would likely not leave it on because she is barely 2 , was told to figure it out and keep it on. Provider was rude throughout visit as well.
They don’t confine me to just 15 minutes, they seem to care and are pleasant

Staff was very helpful and quick with the visit.
I was thankful for getting the anitbiotics my child definitely needed. However, the doctor we had communicated in an odd way. Scared my kid to death, which was completely avoidable. She could have been newer to the field, but she needs to be mindful of how she communicates in front of children.
I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and was not called back for another 40 minutes.
