Easy and quick
The Provider was very nice and professional!
The clinic is always clean and wait times are reasonable when we do have to wait. It's really easy to make appointments and the whole process is fast and efficient. I've been using minute clinic for a very long time and for most things I don't wait to see my pcp or pediatrician. I prefer to go to cvc to be evaluated or treated for illnesses. It's always faster and easier.

Easy to set up an appointment. Very quick to get me in. Went over all my meds and did an assessment. Ran so n e tests and got an answer right away. Also called in medications for me. Very efficient service!!
The video thing is weird….. the provider that I saw was not very welcoming or professional, calling other patients in the waiting area “bro and man” making it feel like because I wasn’t his age and gender I wasn’t worth his time

I wasn’t able to schedule ahead online due to the system not recognizing my birthday, yet I had been able to in the past. I was able to walk in and sign up to be seen right away, though, and received services I needed. I called the company later and they were able to establish another account with me that was a different pathway to my records, however cvs website itself still cannot recognize my birthdate. I am able to view my records however through the portal established for me during the phone call.
