Everything went really well. When I got there I only had to wait for about 5 minutes. The doctor was super knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was great and that's hard to say when you're dealing with something that is not great. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information and did what was right by me and so I would definitely be back

CVS was the only place that offered the tb skin test but the they cancelled the call back to check the results stating it was ok because there are other clinics. I was yelled at finally because I didn't give up they contacted the nurse practitioner who is coming in on her day off the check the results. The problem seemed to be that closed the clinic after my appointment because someone called out. I won't us CVS minute clinic again because they might close at the last minute.

The process was fast, easy and efficient

There was a walk in option and a join the waitlist option. I joined the waitlist, did the pre check-in requirements and arrived at the cvs to wait. After waiting about 10 minutes with only one other person in the waiting area the only medical provider working that day arrived and started taking the appointment holders. She asked who I was and told me she was the only person working that day and I should make an appointment because I would only get in if someone didn’t show for their appt. And I was way down on the waitlist. In my opinion the waitlist and walk in option should never have been offered. It clearly wasn’t available when I arrived. I made an appointment and came later. My appointment went great but not feeling good and having to get out of the house was really frustrating. Please don’t offer something that is clearly not an option.

The practitioner I saw was very attentive and went to great lengths to help me feel better. She was understanding, caring and friendly. I was very pleased with the healthcare I received.
