The service was excellent by both the intake lady and The Provider. I was extremely ill & they treated me professionally and with concern for my wellbeing.
I love minute clinic they are very kind and supportive
Receptionist was lovely, doctor was knowledgeable, sign-in kiosk and also website appointment feature was a failure.
I found the Check In process very frustrating. I do not know how to scan my insurance card to my phone, nor do I know how to download it and move it to your screen. I tried the kiosk, but it sent me right back to my phone. I could not find a scanner on the kiosk. It would be nice if the robot could be programmed to believe that if someone has booked a visit, they are sitting in the lobby. It would be helpful if upon receiving appointment confirmation on the kiosk, there was a message to return to the kiosk and sign in. I also was not able to schedule an appt on the CVS website, tho I was given an address.
Fast an easy
Appointment time is always kept. The PA’s, nurses and assistants are friendly, and professional. Good place for minor medical problems
The whole experience was great. Efficient and easy. From check in to pick up my script. The medical staff were very sweet and kind. My only complaint is I had to use the bathroom to get a sample and that was not clean. There were bugs flying around and I had barely enough toilet paper. But overall I would return.
I went in to get checked for a lingering respiratory disease. I was able to get a walk-in slot relatively quickly at the staff was competent and polite. I’m still nervous about the billing, because there didn’t seem to be a way to find out the cost of the visit.
I did not have an appointment but the person helped me anyway. She was so nice, thorough and helpful. I was very reassured.
