The nurse practitioner was great, but the employee bathroom that I had to use to take urine sample was filthy. It just seemed super unsanitary for health clinic to have such a disgusting restroom.
The check in process was a bit confused from the directions given on the SMS text to when we arrived. We were confused about where to check in at the Pharmacy counter when the text message said do not wait in the Minute Clinic waiting area. We eventually asked a pharmacist about where to wait and where to check in . It was resolved and the Nurse Practitioner took us in and processed our check in and my daughter given the vaccine we came to complete.
I cancelled the appointment. The person working there could not tell that I got the previous shingles vaccine shot with a CVS pharmacist. Your Minute Clinic was trying to charge me a $15 copay. It was free with my insurance through the pharmacy. I had the pharmacist administer the shot. No charge.
I only waited a couple minutes before my appointment. The nurse and NP were warm, personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was completely satisfied with this visit and will not hesitate to return there when inecessary.
The provider messed up the request for insurance to cover glp1, could not get the prescription transferred to a location closer to my home. This was the second time that errors were made. I have to try going in person to see if I can get help from a new provider at Min Clinic.
The Provider was great. Provided me a TB test
spent a long amount of time with who I thought was the nurse practitioner. She did not introduce herself and was not friendly. After a time, she told me to go back to the waiting area and wait for the nurse practitioner! It was like a very long intake process that I thought was the exam. The NP was very curt and asking irrelevant questions. Had a hard time getting my questions answered. They both seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. Not a great experience but was able to get an appointment right away.
I had to wait for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Why even take appointments if you're not going to honor them?
Easy appointment booking and good care. For minor injuries.

Does not have the injectable type drugs a real urgent care has. I spent close to three hours waiting for my turn, then getting incomplete service causing me to go to the VA Hostital in San Diego.
