The practitioner was great. She was very patient and careful throughout the whole process. Only frustration was with the check in process. It took 20 minutes to check in as the system kept saying it could not find me even though all the information was entered correctly. Even the nurse practioner tried and gave up and just made a new appointment to be able to check in.

The person who took care of me (female) was very friendly, professional and helpful even though it clearly was a very busy day.

[...] Very efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long and then I came back in 15 minutes to get the results of my antibody test. Good to know I can conveniently come here again when I want a test.
