Easy to schedule via the app; Was seen promptly and on time. The NP greeted me immediately, warm and friendly and proceeded to the exam. Prescriptions were sent electronically to the pharmacy, and were ready within a reasonable timeframe.
It was very easy to book an appointment on the app, fill out all the necessary questionnaires and forms, and just leave the actual appointment for getting care. The separate area for the clinic was nice and secluded from the rest of the store so it did feel more like I was in a waiting room at a doctor's office rather than at a place where people are shopping. It can get pretty busy even with an appointment so if there is anything that can be done with scheduling multiple practitioners to be present to take the bigger influx of patients, that would be helpful. It would also help during the heavier sick seasons so more people can make appointments. It definitely did feel more worth it than going to urgent though because the nurse practitioner, The Provider, definitely had much better bedside manner and respect for us as patients and went the extra mile to get down to what was ailing me and the best ways to address that.
The provider in charge was courteous, efficient, and thorough.
I liked The Provider, she was great at helping my dad remove wax from his ears. She was patient and very gentle. I had come last year for the same thing, but the workers, were impatient. The Provider was the best.
Easy scheduling and check in. Promptly seen. The Provider was professional and answered all my questions clearly.
Timely, professional, good reminders of appt., quick, efficient.
The practitioner was extremely patient centric, knowledgeable as well as organized. We were preparing for international travel and she put my children at ease when they received their vaccinations.
The nurse was extremely rude, unprofessional, terrible bedside manners, and extremely unsanitary. She kept saying that I was complaining about pain but told me to tell her if I was experiencing pain. She did not know how to use the ear cleaning device and I had to tell her she was missing a piece. She also used a piece to scrape my ear where it hurt, put it on the counter, picks it back again to put back in my ear. She drops things on the ground and doesn’t use gloves. I will be reporting this to BBB as well.
I love Minute Clinic and how accessible it is. However, this appointment was not great. The provider was texting during the appointment and was asking personal questions with the door open while others were waiting outside.

The NP was available immediately, asked relevant questions about my health history, recognized that I was not in Respiratory Distress, and prescribed an antibiotic and cough medicine that seem to be quite effective at this time
