I came in with the express purpose of being able to get a urinalysis and culture. This MinuteClinic did not have the proper stock of equipment in order to be able to run those tests, despite that it said so on the website. As a result, I had to run to a LABCORP, which is was a lot of time and extra effort, all because of a lack of mini clinic stocking for arguably routine assets. Not acceptable.

It was easy and quick
Excellent service and care as always!
I needed antibiotics and they would not issue them they wanted me to get sicker after t days before prescribing. I would have ended up with an infection that would have taken weeks to heal. I got them elsewhere. Plus my time to check in was 1010 I did not get in till almost 11. Ill never go back.
Only issue is web site states walk ins but you have to make an apt as a walk in
Even with an appointment my wait was too long. I had a 9:50 a.m. scheduled time and arrived at 9:30 as per the instruction. I signed in at the kiosk as well as on my phone. The medical provider (nurse) was confronted by an irate woman who said she had a 10:10 time and I was still not seen. The situation somewhat escalated with this woman showing her frustrations and then storming out of the store after she went over to the Pharmacist. The provider accidentally cancelled my appointment. The medication was not sent over to the Pharmacy immediately and I continued to wait after my appointment. I was in the store from 9:30-11:20. Way too much time in my opinion.
As a retired military member it was an option I was aware of. Easy and convenient

My nurse practitioner, Provideriana was amazing. So professional yet warm & friendly. I went for a TB test so it was a short visit. She was ready for me at the exact time of the set appointment. The waiting area was clean, the office was clean, and it was just super easy and a a super nice place to visit. Thank you for the great services
