Np [...] was just terrible overall. [...] She didn’t address my main concerns and really rushed the appointment. Quite honestly seemed as if she had no experience in the field or how to even communicate with people. My time and money was wasted. I won’t recommend or return to this location again.

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).
