My appointment was automatically rescheduled for me without my permission and was just told my new appointment time then waited for 20 minutes after my new appointment time was set and then was rushed through my appointment/ talked over / one of my medications was never sent to pharmacy. Unfortunately it was because of understaffing.

Checking in my mother could only be done using an email, which doesn't have. So I had to use mine. NOT CONVENIENT Caring for the elderly should be easier.

We arrived for our appointment early, and were taken in quickly to the first individual. She took vitals and performed a strep test, which went well. She had made a comment that came off as somewhat rude about how I should have taken my daughter to the ER with her fever, when I had consulted with her pediatrician who had told me to watch her symptoms and body language, not the number as she tends to run warm. I politely said thank you, and we moved on. After waiting in the waiting room another hour, and people who had gotten checked in after us going in to see the Np before us, I went back to check in with the original woman who did the strep test, to see if she could at least share the results with me, as I was cutting it close for picking my son up from school with no other alternative available. I did not appreciate the attitude I got from her in return. She could have simply said I’m sorry, but I can’t give you that information, that needs to come from the provider. I understand if I’m going to a walk in, I will likely wait, even with an appointment. The experience and bedside manner was not the greatest. The NP that saw us was absolutely wonderful, though! She was thorough, very sweet with great bedside manor and made my daughter feel comfortable!

Very professional Nurse, she was very kind and knew how to treat my condition. It was very easy and no waiting. I would almost prefer going there then going through all the BS at a Doctors office for care.

Everything went well, didn’t have to wait long and once seen she was informative about what she was looking for and what it means.

Efficient and very pleasant personality!
