from beginning to end it was on point- professional - clean - timely - the staff was beyond nice and very helpful .
Everything was good but when I looked up on my chart, there was a mistake on my height. It says 5 feet 2 inches but it's supposed to say feet 3 inches. How can I get it corrected.
Close attention to medical issue and treatment provided was greatly needed, seems it will be a much needed improvement when all is healed
My practitioner did an excellent job diagnosing my condition and I now I feel much better.
The NP, Providern was terrific - I just showed up seeking a COVID test because a family member unexpectedly tested positive for COVID earlier in the day. She quickly understood the situation and asked for me to return after the lunch break where she tested me and also briefly examined me. She diagnosed a potential ear infection so I was grateful that the visit was more than just a test. The Minute Clinic and the attentive, responsive staff provide an invaluable service to the Rocky Hill, CT community.

Glands were not checked, throat not looked at when I had issues coughing and voice was horrible. Felt terrible. Just told I could go home. At 65 yrs old I thought I would get a better check up than this. My breathing was checked only because I mentioned I was an RSV patient in the past. I feel like the minute clinic just takes the insurance money for little services.
