I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment. They offer virtual appointments in the state of CT however when I tried to use the link and sync my CT address “current location” it wasn’t working, so I had to do an in person visit the next morning. I don’t mind in person as long as it’s with Providerana she is wonderful! I bring my kids to see her as well for quick testing on the weekends when their primary isn’t available and each time we had her as the provider it was always a pleasant experience. She is great with children! She is so compassionate, patient and always tries her hardest to make the children comfortable and doesn’t force anything on them. That is very hard to find in providers nowadays. We love visiting this location because of her! The efficiency with minute clinic is amazing. The results are always available instantly and your prescription is sent right to the pharmacy there. Thank you Providerana for always providing the utmost care to my family and myself! I hope CVS corporation knows how valuable you are and that they have an amazing provider working for them!

Excellent! The woman at this clinic was kind, thorough, knowledgable, absolutely the best care I have received anywhere in recent years. I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves a raise! She is at the Rocky Hill, CT location on Cromwell Ave. I went there on Sat May 2, 2026. I would return for sure whenever my PCP office is closed (even if it is not if I find out my insurance covers visits there) & would refer anyone.

The nurse that did my vitals and everything before seeing the provider was very nice and made sure to understand what was going on. I was very sick and he made me feel comfortable, as well as the provider. Both of them were excellent and I’ll always come to MinuteClinic for any quick check ups. I always have providers that truly care and try to get to the bottom of what’s going on.

It fantastic to be able to speak to someone about your concerns when my general practitioner is booked. We discussed my issue, confirmed diagnosis, and got started on medication on a Sunday, thus keeping the infection from getting worse!

Glands were not checked, throat not looked at when I had issues coughing and voice was horrible. Felt terrible. Just told I could go home. At 65 yrs old I thought I would get a better check up than this. My breathing was checked only because I mentioned I was an RSV patient in the past. I feel like the minute clinic just takes the insurance money for little services.
