I came in for two reasons: malaria prophylaxis and an asthma inhaler for suspected exercise-induced asthma. I paid about $20 for useless prescriptions. I was not given options for the malaria prophylaxis. I cannot safely take Mefloquine on a horseback riding holiday when the first side effect listed is dizziness (which could become permanent), and I will not take a prescription that could cause permanent anxiety, depression, paranoia and hallucinations when another medication is available. I now know that Mefloquine should only be prescribed if there is a reason NOT to prescribe Malarone or doxycycline. This was not discussed with me. I was given prescriptions for an attachment to an asthma inhaler (but not the inhaler), and Providerbuterol solution (when I don't have a nebulizer). Neither of those prescriptions is of any use to me without the missing pieces and I can't return them. The doctor shouldn't have prescribed them, but the pharmacist also should have queried the prescription.

The medical provider was professional, warm and concise. It was a very pleasant experience.

She was so kind and responsible and looked over all my info in the computer and updated it and asked a lot of questions and took me as a walk-in because she knew I had travelled far to get to a clinic that had a typhoid vaccine. She talked to me about whether insurance would cover and was just so helpful and friendly and the shot was painless.

Great Experience

I found the visit to be great. I had never been before although I knew others had been to CVS clinic. Will definitely go again if the need arises.

The Provider was a patient trooper in my earwax removal. It took several rounds of water wash, digging with the plastic tool to finally get down to my eardrums. We enjoyed friendly banter along the way to ensure my comfort. End result was mark improvement in my hearing and vast limiting of feedback to my hearing aids. Remarkable experience. We high fived at parting.
