The nurse was efficient and pleasant and did a great job explaining the situation for me. I would have given her a 10 had she said “if you aren’t feeling fully better by X amount of days, this is the course your should follow”. I am now a week and a half beyond the day she had given me antibiotics for an ear infection. I still feel it is infected based on symptoms having not left. Can I go back for a recheck? Would I have to pay to do so? Should I see someone else? I don’t know what to do.
I think the nurse practicioner (the Provider) was excellent and very thourough. She demonstrated professionalism and caring.
No wait time, great experience with the practitioner. She was kind and thorough.
