Short wait, thorough service and a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with.
Check in technology was a little tricky, it would not allow me to upload the image of my insurance card.
I have always had great care going here. I have used it 4 times and very efficent friendly and so much better then visiting a walk in clinic. Will always be my go to if needed.
Knowledgeable nurse who answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my situation.
My experience was that the staff and system there were very well organized, and very well executed. I made an appointment, I did not wait long.
Intake woman was fabulous.So kind when got sick in room.Also greeted n was pleasant to all in waiting rm.Told us who was next etc.Kept us informed.Shes a Gem. Nurse was great too.Will come again. Like that can schedule appt unlike other walk-ins where it's first come ,first served.Have wait hrs which did not feel well enough to do.Very happy with my visit.

My wait time was over an hour and I was very uncomfortable. It would have been better if I could wait in the car and be called when my apt was being taken in. I understand there is a new computer system and this may have been the cause of such a wait time. I am not sure if i would use minute clinic again. I was taken care of very good though.
