I liked the easy appointment set up. The experience was what I expected, convinient healthcare, but nothing like a PCP
The nurse was competent and caring. I got my results quickly.
There was a long wait and the bathroom was unclean.
Each time I visited and having a differentstaff help me, I felt welcomed and respected. The staff their are wonderful and so kind.

The nurse was very pofessional.
I walked in without an appointment and was very surprised that I only had a wait time of 10 minutes. The timing was right I guess. The Provider was the practitioner to assess my case. It’s was determined a Sinus infection. She was very pleasant and professional, she prescribed medication and sent me on my way. I will use again if/when needed.
That lady was so sweet so kind I even was lost and you know how some people will approach you with a attitude that lady is an angel. I felt more than satisfied when I left.

I noticed after my visit, my debit card on file was charged. It would have been nice to get an alert that it was going to be charged, what the amount was, or if I wanted to use a different card.
