What to expect at your visit

You may be wondering what a visit at a walk-in clinic is like. When you first step through the doors you will sign in at the kiosk. When the next available practitioner, either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, is available you will head back to an exam room. You will be asked about your medical history as well as details about what brought you in for the current visit.

Our provider will perform an exam and order diagnostic or lab tests if necessary. Based on the information, the practitioner will diagnose your condition, recommend treatment and write a prescription if needed. If you have a prescription to fill you can do so in the pharmacy on the way out. Once you pay for the visit, and we accept insurance as well cash, credit cards and checks, you will get a receipt. We can also inform your regular doctor about your visit if you would like.

Healthcare 24 hours a day

Our clinic has hours available every day, but we are not open 24/7. This does not mean, however, that there aren't options when we are closed. Check out our Virtual Care, which is a service that connects you with healthcare providers at any hour of the day. There are two options; either video visits or online ones.

With a video visit you get to connect one-on-one live with a provider. It is designed to help patients over the age of two who have minor injuries, skin conditions and illnesses. You will speak with the practitioner and, based off what is going on, he or she will outline a treatment plan and send a prescription to your pharmacy if needed.

An online visit is available for patients over the age of 18 and is meant for those with concerns about allergies, acne, hair loss and birth control. You fill out an online questionnaire and within two hours a provider will be in touch to either get more information or recommend treatment.
