The Provider is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, kind, and I am so fortunate to have her as my health care practitioner.
From the minute I was called, I felt comfortable and at ease. The doctor explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
It was fast and effective
Extremely unprofessional. Misdiagnosed ear infection, my daughter wound up going to er three hours later for a massive ear infection. Np told her she was taking wrong 😑 a relief and it was only congestion. Told a 15 year old to take Sudafed. Was extremely dismissive, felt racist.
I took the time to call in a complaint about his provider, Provideron. Case 6402475. I have three encounters with her, all uncomfortable and unpleasant, and this last one the worst. She is absolutely the worst provider I haw ever encountered, and it’s a disservice to your organization to her in a role where she provides care without any oversight. . She was rude, dismissive, lied and misconstrued information. She was also menacing and threatening to a point where I felt unsafe in her presence. I was able to capture a video from part of our encounter, which was for my son, as we were both horrified by her behavior and demeanor. I am happy to share this with the team. I will never return to this location again unless this provider is replaced. I’m happy to speak to anyone about this Incident- 917-583-3999.
I just want to say that CVS In New Jersey was supporting unconditionally great I went there just arrived from Florida and the Head nurse and her assistant was the great person they took care of me and made me fill that they were caring Its was incredible CVS ledgwood NJ Dr.The Provider and her assistant Its Sunday 4/13/26 around 1:30 pm and when I go back to NJ I will visit them
I thought the nurse was attentive and thorough
