The Provider was very professional caring and understanding..she made me feel comfortable,and the visit was quick as well just how I like it
I brought my daughter in for an ear infection. At 21 y/o, she's been getting them her whole life and knows when she has one. She had ear pain and drainage. Doctor on site said no infection, and sent her on her way. Even though her ear was still crusty, the dr said she saw no drainage. 4 days later, ear still draining and in pain, she went to another doctor, who diagnosed her with an infection and gave her a prescription for an antibiotic.

The NP was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind and efficient !!! Just what I needed!!
My husband and I had an appointment. There was only one vaccine for COVID. I got the vaccine and the tech was apologetic and professional. She made arrangements for us to get my husband's vaccine at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is a mess. We had extreme wait times twice at the pharmacy. And the pharmacist is only able to do one thing at a time and has no care or concern for customers.

Doctor or nurse practitioner I seen was extremely rude. I waited about 25 minutes and from what I could see on my end I had an appointment at a particular time and she rudely came out and let me know I was on the waitlist. I was welcome to wait, but she would be seeing people who had gotten their 20 or 30 minutes after me before me. She was not helpful with this process at all so I went and made another appointment for a later time and then eventually got seen one seen I did get prescribed medication which is the only reason I left a two star.
