My practitioner was amazing. She was very professional and kind. She truly listened to my concerns and empathized with me. I felt heard and seen. She made me feel comfortable and came up with a solution to help me feel better.
I went in for thyroid concerns (history of thyroiditis, mother has thyroid condition) experiencing thyroid pain-blood was drawn and I specifically asked multiple times to make sure all 3 main thyroid test were to be run on that bloodwork and was assured it would be. My results came back without T3 or T4 having been requested, it took me 3 days of repeated calling to get in touch with anyone and was told "oops I am not responsible because I wasn't the one who saw you but they didn't request those labs so more blood is needed, go to labcorps for another draw"! Absolute waste of my time, my money and no resolution was found due to error on the part of the tech and incompetence. Additionally, the total lack of communication and nearly impossible phone system that does not allow calls to the actual clinic site made it an even less effective experience.
