Very easy to make an appointment online! Great doctors, who actually listen, do not rush you and provide great care!!!!!! Hands down, best visit ever, when you are not feeling well.
Why do I make an appointment? I waited for almost an hour. You need to staff these better and keep appointment times. The single person on staff was great but you need about 3 more of here

I thought the process was very easy and the waitlist wait time wasn’t so bad, I will probably make an appointment next time though. I felt the overall experience was professional and confidential, and I’m satisfied with the result.
The reason for my score is because, I live in Mass and this test was done in Fl. Did no one check ID at this location? I’m totally concerned and confused on what happened here!! I’ve also reached out to quest! I do not expect a bill for this error and for someone else’s testing. Hoping this gets resolved so things don’t escalate. Thank you!
