The nurse was very thorough. She brought to my attention things that I hadn't known. Professinal but made me feel very comfortable.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a tough job dealing with the sick and they answered every question.

I’ve been to the Minute Clinic many times and I keep going back because it is easy to make an appointment, it’s conveniently located and the nurse practitioners are always kind, knowledgeable and take their time. Testing is instant, and if a prescription is needed it’s submitted right away. The MC is more efficiently run than a regular doctor’s office!

I made an appt online for a TB test. It is a quick appointment. My scheduled appointment was 4pm. I arrived at 3:45. I checked in at 3:45. I was not seen until 4:50. I watched several people called back. I don’t understand the need for appointments if you don’t honor the appointment. Terrible customer service and bedside manner.

First I wanna say the nurse / doctor was fabulous. If it was based solely on her 11/10 However, I changed my card to my HSA card and you still charged my debit card so that annoyed me. Also my copay shouldn’t have been 100 dollars. I’ve hit my deductible and unless the bill was almost 2000 dollars (it wasn’t) I should have been charged way less. 100 for a simple sinus infection is insane, especially with insurance.

Severe sinus infection. Five days of antibiotics given. That won’t cover my infection. I have no insurance and pay on my own. Why should I have to pay for another visit? 727-871-4351

I was seen quickly and the practitioner was very efficient and thorough. She explained everything completely and made sure I understood all of the information/directions. It was also convenient to be able to immediately pick up my prescribed medications following the visit.

Easy to schedule, The Provider was helpful and informative. I was able to get an antibiotic when I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor.

I went to CVS with issues with shoulder (recurrent issue from 5+ months previous) for ice packs, learned of this clinic within CVS. Saw MD and was out very quickly with med to help relieve the issue. Great service and was truly a pleasure to come in, be seen quickly and on my way home (which was an hour drive from clinic!). Very thankful for these services! Thank you.
