waited over 40 mins for appointment, but she spent a lot of time with me so I think that's why she was 40 mins late. She spent the time to listen to her patient. Overall good experience only I got over the initial annoyance of being late.
I had a very positive experience overall. The nurse practitioner was great—very caring, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything. They took the time to address my concerns in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
I was very sick when I went into this clinic and surely was amazing by the next morning. I felt a little better and as the day went by, and I took all the medication I felt renewed.
