Provider was very rude spoke down to me and did not cover my child’s needs while he was sick. Insurance issue as well came up and they were of no help. I do not recommend this place.
Not familiar with Minute Clinic. Very impressed with concept and the service. I had a Family Nurse Practioner with more than 20 years experience see me. It was suggested that I go there by a Pharmacy Tech at another CVS Pharmacy. I needed a RX renewal.
We had to wait 40 minutes for our appointment which is unusual since we are usually seen on time. But was a big negative for people since we have other commitments also. The NP was very thourough and we will certainly continue using it.
As a walk in, I was attended to immediately and professionally.
Late five minutes for appointment so practitioner forced me to wait another 90 minutes; overcharged and given an incorrect prescription that I now have to get fixed. Probably won't return to CVS minuteclinic
