Practitioner prescribed a Rx cough syrup, antihistamine & decongestant. After 3 days I am still not feeling any better. My throat is still filling up with a thick yellow mucus which I am still coughing up. I have experienced this in the past and have been prescribed a Z-PAC antibiotic to clear it up. Not this time. I thought I was being prescribed an antibiotic not cough syrup when I left. This visit was a waste of my time. I’m going back to a different URGENT CARE today! Very disappointing! Practitioner was too conservative with her treatment. I’m still suffering with the same pain & discomfort! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
