El Enfermero no era amable le falta un poco de empatía estaba haciendo un trabajo o informe en el computador y yo llegue a hacerme la prueba o no se si también se le dificultaba hablar español y por eso era asi

Acudí por un motivo específico, sin embargo, durante la atención sentí que se me impuso la aplicación de una vacuna. Aunque hice preguntas al respecto, percibí que la situación fue manejada de una manera insistente, lo que me hizo sentir presionada y vulnerable. Considero que no se me brindó el espacio suficiente para procesar la información, reflexionar y tomar una decisión informada. La experiencia se sintió más como una indicación obligatoria que como una recomendación médica acompañada de orientación clara. Al finalizar la consulta, me quedé con la sensación de no haber podido decidir con tranquilidad, lo cual considero importante en cualquier procedimiento de salud. Agradecería que se revisen estos protocolos de comunicación para asegurar que los pacientes puedan tomar decisiones informadas, sin sentirse presionados, y con el tiempo necesario para comprender completamente sus opciones. ------- I would like to submit a complaint regarding an experience I had during a recent visit. I attended the appointment for a specific reason; however, during the consultation, I felt that I was pressured into receiving a vaccine. Although I asked questions, I perceived the situation as being handled in an insistent manner, which made me feel vulnerable and uncomfortable. I do not believe I was given enough time or space to properly process the information, reflect, and make an informed decision. The experience felt more like a directive than a medical recommendation supported by clear guidance. After leaving the appointment, I was left with the feeling that I was not able to make a calm and fully informed decision, which I consider essential in any healthcare setting. I would appreciate it if you could review your communication protocols to ensure that patients are given the opportunity to make informed decisions without feeling pressured, and with adequate time to fully understand their options.

Although we were s little late for our appointment because we initially went to the wrong CVS, our visit was quick. Both the clerk and the nurse practitioner were professional and friendly.

Physician did not treat me properly. Came in with symptoms of a sinus headache, sore throat and congested ears, and was given a nasal spray as a solution. Wasn’t tested for COVID, flu, and didn’t even have my throat examined

Excellent job done in a very effective, pleasant and friendly manner.

The Provider was empathetic and provided clear and supportive information.
