It was my first time using the MinuteClinic. I am going to go there instead of going to Urgent Care. It was amazing. The Provider was so knowledgeable. It didn’t take long professional very happy with the whole experience.
Easy appointment.
The wait time was short and the RN, The Provider, was very knowledgeable and very polite. He thorough in his explaining the meds he was ordering.

You rep. at the minute clinic was very calm and thorough.
The treatment was acceptable, but the wait time was much too long. I had an appointment, but was not seen until at least an hour past my appointment time. Then I had to wait another 20 mins for my prescription to be filled. The nurse apologized for the wait, but it was very frustrating to not know when I would finally be seen. They have no system to give people an update during the waiting process.
No waiting, very professional and knowledgeable care.
Service was great. The NP was available so I got in right away. The app has some problems because it wasn’t showing any available services in Estero.
