While I didn't get called until 15 minutes after my appointment time, everything went well and my request was handled in a friendly, efficient manner. I did have a difficult time with email link to upload my insurance card but after several attempts I was able to complete.

2 ladies that help me were very polite and very experienced and very gentle when applying the TV test and when I got back for the reading, the very nice nurse practitioner was sincere, very quick and very polite she's an asset to your company.
