My only issue is not receiving the code in my email so that I can log into the account to make an appointment or to check my test results. It takes over 30 minutes to receive the email. I think it was four hours. I am still waiting now for a code to check on my results. I had to go to the clinic to actually make the appointment online at the clinic, I could not do it for my own device because of that issue. I also think that having a price onlineso that you’re not sticker shocked at the end of the visit would be a good thing
