I thought it was great. I got there ahead of my appointment time and was taken back quickly. The nurse that helped me was very nice. And the nurse practitioner was personable, sweet and made me feel comfortable

The nurse was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My only negative reaction was to the poor wording on the website that indicated that I could just walk in and get an appointment. However the website did not suggest that it was best to sign up for an appointment first. Otherwise if you just walk in at the time that the. Clinic opened your appointment time would depend on how many people had signed up previously for an appointment and you would have to sit for possibly an hour or longer.

I’m impressed with any facility that allows for social distancing in the waiting area. I lost a family member to COVID so I’m always aware of my surroundings. The medical professionals who took care of me on this visit were kind and attentive. I’m interested in weight-loss medications and at no time did they make me feel guilty or lazy. Thank you.

The doctor didn’t help me at all. I had to follow up with another urgent care days later and when I shared with them what I experienced they said nothing to doctor recommended to me would help me

First time going to a minute clinic and pleased with wait time and care. Went for something and got some other things taken care of as well. And the pharmacy wait wasn’t bad at all. That store has there stuff together and are professional.
