Only negative is the online booking process, which could use improvement
Very rude. Made me cry.
The Provider was great. He was very knowledgeable and very nice.
On time and very professional. Explained everything.
The doctor was courteous, effective and efficient.
Throughout the entire visit, the practitioner maintained limited eye contact and charted more than treated. Providerrep was the initial complaint but not other complaints were entertained and when a recommendation was made of how to treat the symptoms, there was only 1 suggestion made that addressed 1 out of a few symptoms mentioned. It felt as though we were bothersome to the provider and they had no valuable input at the conclusion of the visit as to how all symptoms could be addressed despite a lack of a strep diagnosis.
One CVS told my husband she could not renew his medication but if we drove 1/2 north to a different CVS maybe they could do something for us. After an hour wait he was able to sit with the nurse practitioner and explain how our meds got lost in the mail and he was able to write a script. Well worth the wait.
The clinic feels secluded and almost private compared to a doctors office. The staff is always polite and eager to address the reason for my visit.
We came in from out of town for vacation and my daughter had asthma complications with her inhaler , we walked in and signed in without an appointment took about 30 mins before being seen , no problem . Went back in the dr was great we left with 1 of the 2 prescriptions. The staff at the pharmacy was great they called another location and made sure they had it , the next location was about 25 mins away no problem . They also took great care of us !!! Thank you St Augustine CVS staff historic district area and St. John’s area!!! Because of the great care we didn’t have to end our trip early and drive back home 3 hours to go to our dr .
