It was a good experience
Staff was professional and competent. Evaluation was completed and treatment reviewed.
I am very happy to be treated by The Provider. She is so knowledgeable and always helpful to explain medication and my treatments. She really takes the time to listen as well.

Convenient and no long wait time.
The practitioner I saw, The Provider, was very professional, thorough and compassionate. I felt that she was very attentive to my concerns and provided helpful advice in addition to doing appropriate testing, prescribing medication and providing information.
The nurse practitioner was wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed and prescribed the right medicine. I’m feeling much better. I will definitely go back to this clinic in the future.
The online booking process between the Minute Clinic and pharmacy is very confusing. I believed I had scheduled an appointment with the Minute Clinic, but it turned out to be with the pharmacy instead, which caused unnecessary frustration. Additionally, the experience during my visit was uncomfortable. The staff member who checked me in and administered the vaccine seemed unsure about the process. She mentioned she had never handled an employee-requested vaccine before and appeared uncertain about what to do next. At one point, she also didn’t know what size needle to use to administer the vaccine, which added to my concern. While I understand that not every situation is common, the lack of confidence and clarity made the experience feel disorganized and nerve-wracking. Overall, clearer booking distinctions and better staff preparedness for less common situations would greatly improve the experience.
