I have poison ivy blisters that are weeping and they hurt. The lady told me to get some poison ivy wash, which isn't effective after 4 days of having poison ivy, and gave me a cream. The last time I had poison ivy this bad, I needed steroids so I really hope I dont have to come back

The NP was knowledgeable, and listened to my reason for the visit. Providerni provided helpful information related to my health concern.

My nurse was wonderful, and incredibly attentive. The healthcare field lacks bedside manner, and she had plenty to go around. I was pleased to meet her and felt comfortable having her as my provider.

We love the convience of minute clinic. We always have a great experience when we come. The Provider is the best practitioner we’ve ever seen. She is thorough and professional. She always explains everything in a way we understand.

I brought my daughter in to have her ear cleaned out. We were told it would hurt, so my daughter started crying. We were advised to get her on an antibiotic and then do the ear cleaning ourselves at home. I was still charged $161 that I was told was the cost for cleaning her ears.

Please see the video, I'm disappointed in the care received. Even though I was coughing and told The Provider my throat was sore and it hurt to swallow, she never looked at my throat. I'm sure I have strep throat, and could have a day in of an antibiotic and getting better. I have 38 years of medical behind me and I'm very disappointed in the healthcare today.

Told the doctor that I thought I had strep. She said it probably wasn’t, because strep wasn’t going around but she would test anyway. She did a quick very hard jab and got a negative result. She said you probably have the flu. I asked if she was going to test for it and she said no, because she can’t give anything for it anyway. I asked about tamaflu and she said, “oh I can just give you that anyway and you can just take it if you want to.” I declined, of course. Ended up going to Urgent care and was tested there. The nurse very gently but thoroughly swabbed both sides of my throat and within a few minutes ago the results and I did in fact have strep. I was given an antibiotic and a steroid. Needless to say, I I won’t be back to a CVS.
