It was awful! My appointment was at 12:40 pm. At 12:50, the nurse brought me in to get my information. She then told me to go back out and wait to be called by the nurse practitioner. So I waited, and waited. Finally, at 2 pm, I was called back by the nurse practitioner. I told her my symptoms. She did not check my breathing. She did not look at my throat. She did not check my nose or ears. She barely looked at me! She told me that my sinus symptoms I was experiencing were not around long enough to prescribe anything. So I told her that I had been experiencing them longer. She then prescribed me an antibiotic and a cough medicine and said I was free to go. Absolutely AWFUL.

The Provider was very friendly and helpful. Her demeanor was relaxed but professional, which is helpful when some patients can be nervous about a simple visit. Speaking with her was easy and she made directions easy to follow (when to monitor BP and to chart it). She was proficient with scheduling my follow up appointment as well. I even asked if she would be the one there, hoping she would be.

The visit was great. It’s been trying to reach the clinician who tried to call me three times. The store says they have no phone in the clinic. So I’m just stuck not being able to call her back and discuss the bloodwork and visit. I had bloodwork done midday though on her recommendation so I don’t want to be financially responsible for a rerun of bloodwork for fasting.

Between the online platform I used to set up my appointment and take out of necessary forms before pulling up to the brick-and-mortar clinic and the friendly and professional staff, I was pleased with the service provided.

I received competent assistance at the clinic and all those who attended to me were very competent and helpful.

Told to make an appointment online, then told to call 866 number, who then told me to go in to the same cvs that gave me the 866 number and I would be seen. Computer gave me an appointment to come back in 3 hours.

Staff were great. The nurse and practitioner was very personal and listened to what was going on.
