MinuteClinic® Inside CVS Pharmacy® at 3905 Due West Road, Marietta, Georgia 30064
Marietta is the largest city in Cobb County with numerous cultural sites in the area. Many noteworthy people from NBA players to famous singers have come from the city. Tens of thousands of people make Marietta their homes, and all those people need to get their healthcare services from somewhere. Our CVS Pharmacy® on Due West Road offers plenty of essential services, especially thanks to the addition of a comprehensive MinuteClinic®. We’re located just north of the Dallas Highway east of Harrison High School.
We provide valuable services to the community
Instead of making an appointment at your doctor’s office, which means you may not see someone for a week or two, you can walk in to MinuteClinic®. We have trained family nurse practitioners on staff who are skilled in administering a wide range of healthcare screening. They can also treat numerous injuries, illnesses and skin conditions. They’re even able to write prescriptions when appropriate.
We can treat many minor conditions to save you a trip to the doctor’s office
You do not want to delay treatment on even a minor injury. It could escalate quickly. Fortunately, our MinuteClinic® practitioners are trained to handle the following situations:
- Small burns
- Bug bites, including those from ticks
- Strains and sprains
- Joint pain
- Bug stings from wasps, bees and more
You should pay us a visit if you feel under the weather. Our practitioners can create treatment plans to help you feel better from pink eye, mouth pain, mono, nausea and many other conditions. When you come down with flu-like symptoms, you want to come by promptly.
Do not ignore any problems you have with your skin. We may direct you to another healthcare provider for certain conditions, but our staff at MinuteClinic® can treat canker sores, sunburn, scabies and acne. If your child comes back from school with lice, then bring him or her here right away to get it taken care of.
We provide many typical vaccinations
Children, teenagers and adults are welcome at MinuteClinic® to receive all kinds of immunizations. It is vital for kids and teens to visit us once a year to make sure they receive all essential shots they need before going back to school. However, even adults can benefit from a range of vaccines that protect against everything from the flu to HPV. Vitamin B12 injections are also offered here.
You can pay us any way you are comfortable with
People with and without insurance visit us all the time. If you do have health insurance, then you will be pleased to hear we accept a majority of carriers. We do suggest calling your provider beforehand just to make sure our MinuteClinic® is in your network. Any out-of-pocket costs can be paid via cash, check or credit card.
We are here waiting for you
These services are just the beginning as we also provide numerous healthcare monitoring, physicals and wellness exams. We also provide many women’s healthcare services. You no longer have to type “Walk in clinic near me” into Google to find a reliable place because you can find us right off Due West Road. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can call us at (678) 290-5740 to schedule a time to come in.
